First off I want the whole world to know who I am & where I'm from. Also, I want them to have a feel for my music. I want them to know that I can make quality music for them to dance, groove or get crunk to. I want them to see my strive & hustle for this game - and as far as why – "Because I Do This For The Fans And People Who Listen To Hip Hop ( Rap )". Without them no artist would mean or be anything. I want to express myself & let people get an understanding about me as a person. And in the process relate to some of my experiences. I, Kenyton Hall a.k.a Paps 7 b.k.a LMNOP, was born in East St. Louis, IL On Oct. 24, 1983. I started out on this rap business in 2000 with DT and formed a group named Strickly Raw ( Raw Deal Ryders ) with Raw Deal Entertainment as the label. After years of work I realized that I probably had a better possibility of making it big on my own. And now I've Formed "On My Own Records". After gettin' out here grindin' to get a name for myself, I found a personal manager and signed a management deal with Major Smart Enterprises & Entertainment. So now I'm aiming at become the next hottest thing in the market. And so you know i started this label for two reasons, "To Show E. St. Louis Has Talent & To Show That Strive Begins Wit Self". I live in E. Saint Louis, IL ( Midwest ) where there is plenty talent and many artists, but I feel there are none like me. I'm just a laid back type of guy. I create vibing music. I’ve opened for Ruka Puff formerly of Hoo Bang Records, Raw Reese of Rap a Lot Records, and Gena. I’ve performed at Blackmon’s Plaza, Club Onyx, Dream’s, Quinn’s ( Teacher's ), Cresent Room, Hi-Pointe Café, M.P. O’Reilly’s, Just Bill’s, Diamond’s Bar & Billards, Paddy O’s, Mexico & Main, The Red Sea, The Ground Floor, Da Traphouse, Chinchillas, The Firehouse & Club Toxic. And now seven years into this rap game I finally found out what it takes and how to pursue it. I wrote a couple hot songs, ‘Fresh 2 Deaf’ & ‘Dedication’ and got a personal manager who helped me open some doors around St. Louis. He then put me in touch with Major Smart Enterprises Ent. out of Atlanta. So this time it's a takeover and to every artist hop on and ride the train or get bumped off the track. Personally I'm a motivated promoting type of guy, So Tha Boogie (E. St. Louis) is where it's at for me. The only problem is most of the artists around here are either too greedy or too self centered. If We all came together like ATL or Texas - We could have the run of this game, but in reality it’s going to be nobody but Me, LMNOP & "On My Own Records" Also The Album – ‘THE SEVENTH ELEMENT’ will drop sometime in the End of 2007, but be on the watch for my mixtape ‘ILLINOIS STATE CONNECTION’ sometime near the end of the summer. Also be on the lookout for the mixtape entitled "THE ALPHABET MAN" droppin' from ya boy LMNOP. That about sums up what LMNOP is about and what's in the works.
