Rock Vacation is an internet radio show on St. Louis based Riverfront Radio, RF97.com and is hosted by Jeff Nations (of Science Hill) and Meaghan Anselm. We play deep & rare rock tracks (the songs you don't hear on mainstream radio) from all sorts of artists, everything from Steely Dan to Hall & Oates to Incubus. We also play the best in unsigned and local music.

The format is ROCK. This means no metal, thrash, emo, pop-punk, hardcore, rap, screamo, country, etc. We will accept rock, hard rock, acoustic rock, funk rock, acid rock, reggae, etc. If you're not sure how to catagorize your music, send it anyway, we'll listen to everything we get, if it's good we'll play it.

In addition, we are ALWAYS scheduling bands to come into the studio for live interviews to plug new music, shows or play some acoustic stuff. Hit us up if you want to come in and hang!

We also host a monthly live music showcase called the Rock Soiree at Cicero's in St. Louis, MO.  These showcases happen every 3rd Thursday of the month and feature live music from some of the best rock artists on Riverfront Radio.  Want your band to play?  Get us your music!
